mixed feelings about the stay
unhelpful receptiondelayed towel service
upon arrival, i only received directions to my room. i did not get details about breakfast times or location.. also i lacked confirmation if breakfast was included. one morning, i had a diving trip at 7:30 am. the towel service was unavailable, so i asked for help at reception. they offered no solution and stated the towel stand would open later. i generally felt the reception was not very supportive.

the food selection was excellent , with many dishes available at all meals. the beach was beautiful , and the gardens had been well-kept. the general atmosphere contributed to a relaxing experience.
upon arrival , i only received directions to the room and no information about breakfast times or inclusions. one morning , the towel service was unavailable for an early diving trip , and reception provided no assistance. the reception staff were not very helpful overall.
